a light blue nail polish...I'm using Sally Hanason in Himalayan blue
Rio nail art pen in Gold
Clairs gel top coat.
Deago has his new years day face on...mystic
First cake on a nice coat of your chosen blue, getting an even coverage.
Using the nail art pen or brush draw small V shapes, adding more paint as you get to the top, upwards in rows covering the nail, I get about 3 rows on my nails...
Top with gel coats and your away to spread love and new years celebration...
Wear to dog shows, playboy mansion parties and the New york stock exchange...
